ORDERING AND SHIPPING
To guarantee the freshest coffee possible, all orders are roasted and shipped the next business day after your order is received.
We recommend ordering only what you will use for 10 to 12 days.
All coffee orders are shipped in our recyclable, glassine-lined kraft bags in whole bean only.
We ship with UPS and USPS. We recommend UPS if you are ordering from California, Oregon or Nevada and USPS for all other states. Overnight and second-day options are available as well. Any delivery guarantees are the responsibility of our carriers. Flying Goat Coffee cannot guarantee arrival times for orders.
All orders will generate a confirmation email with a tracking number for you to monitor the progress of your order once it is in the shipper’s hands.
Online transactions on flyinggoatcoffee.com are extremely safe and secure. Credit card information is processed through QuickBooks Merchant Services and is never stored on flyinggoatcoffee.com’s server.
If you indicate in the Order Notes that the package is a gift, please tell us who the gift is “To” and “From” and we will include a Gift Tag. If you indicate the package is a gift, we will not include an invoice in the package unless specifically asked to include one within the Order Notes.
We cannot accept returns for coffee unless there is an error with your order. We will, however, always do our absolute best to keep our customers happy. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
