Description
This tiny lot of fantastic Bourbon and Caturra was grown by Geovanny Liscano and his family high up in Inza Province’s coffee-growing community of Pedregal. Geovanny’s trees grow at the dizzying elevation of 2000 meters above sea level (MASL), creating optimal conditions for slow fruit development and sugar concentration in the cherry. Like most coffee producers in the Pedregal community, Geovanny’s certified organic farm is small (about 3 hectares) and includes crops like maize, beans, and avocado for his family and neighbors. This diversified, organic farming model is one we are always enthusiastic to support.
