Madrugada Blend was created as a breakfast blend ("Madrugada" means dawn in Spanish). For us, a morning blend must be medium-light roasted and sweet and bright enough to drink without cream or sugar. This post-roast blend of Central and South American coffees achieves this perfectly, with notes of tart but rich cherry and plum and a clean sweet finish. We were shocked to find that many Madrugada fans (rebels that they are) actually drink this coffee in the evening!
